When the phosphoric acid in Coke enters your body, it is absorbed into the bloodstream, where the liver then converts it back into crystals, which replace the weak calcium deposits in the bone structure.
Not only does the acid strengthen your bones, but it burns the bacteria off of your teeth on the way down as well. This promotes dental health, helping you get that shiny white smile, as well as making the enamel coating on the teeth tougher.
In addition to the obvious dental health benefits, the bacteria that are washed off of the teeth are then digested, returning the calories and nutrients that they absorb from the food that was originally intended for you. This helps to prevent nutritional deficiency disorders such as; Scurvy, Beri-Beri, and Pellagra.
The nutritional benefits do not stop there. Besides the diseases mentioned above, the strengthening of the bones caused by the absorption of phosphorus into their structure has also been known to prevent and/or cure Rickets.
Since the phosphorus is much stronger than the calcium that naturally occurs in our bone structure, children with vitamin D deficiency, as well as elderly women suffering from Osteoporosis, both groups can benefit greatly from drinking large amounts of Coke, or other soft drinks known to be rich in phosphoric acid.
In conclusion, Coca Cola is one of the most nutritionally beneficial beverages known to man, and daily consumption of large amounts of said beverage (or any other soda rich in phosphoric acid) is highly recommended.
I really liked your topic. Coke-a-cola is my favorite soda. I cant currently drink soda because of my training but bringing in scientific evidence was a great idea. It makes soda seem very beneficial. We all could use stronger bones so I guess we need to drink more soda.
